20 August 2011 i am doing articleship in midsize firm.i want to take transfer from there.my principal will give his sign on form 109.if he denied then shall i complain against him to the institute?

21 August 2011 At present the ICAI is very strict on transfer of articles. I think it is not permitted unless a reasonable cause is shown and what is the reasonable cause depends on your representation you have to take permission from the ICAI
