Sir, I am a PCC student residning at Kolkata. I have completed my 2 years and 5 months of my articleship. As my financial condtion is not good, I want to transfer my articleship my hometown at Bihar. Will ICAI allow me for transfer.

may be, you can write you situation to ICAI, i am sure they will consider this.

Take the transfer by showing change in place from Kolkata to Bihar. Attach a letter from your father showing that he is residing in Bihar only.
