08 July 2014 I want to take transfer on the basis of medical certificate.

Whether should i work till the date of receipt of letter for transfer from ICAI or i can take leave from the date of application.

Whether ICAI can reject the transfer application even on submission of medical proof.

08 July 2014 U must have to wait till icai approval. Yes if the institute dosen't satisfy with the application then it may reject the transfer.

08 July 2014 yes they can reject if the application is not meeting the definition criteria, u need to wait to restart articleship in case till icai allows u on paper.

08 July 2014 u cannot leave the current office since on records till icai doesnt send u letter of acceptance of form 109 for tremination so wait n continue there.

08 July 2014 If i am continuing in current office and send application to ICAI for transfer that i am sick and i want to take transfer, whether icai can challenge validity of certificate and take action saying that you are sick but working how it is possible.

Whether my principal can complain about medical certificate after giving his approval for transfer on the basis of medical certificte??

08 July 2014 yes icai can make an enquiry if found out to be false or if ur ca complains so dont play with ur career and better u provide medical certificate stating the reason on the letter head of a recognised govt doctor only else icai will surely reject it.

08 July 2014 This will b regarded as ur arrogance if ICAI finds u guilty or if ur principal complain to icai regarding this. So u r suggested not to b arrogant and attend ur articles sincerely.
