31 January 2014 sir , i am pursuing articleship in surat city and i have completed 4 months in existing firm . but now i want to go mumbai for articleship and already forwarded my CV across . only one problem is that i m also pursuing B.Com regular from Surat and second year will complete in march.
what to do ?
i have take transfer after march
or
i have take transfer and wait for registration to another firm
help me out

31 January 2014 It is choice of you. If you don't want to waste time then take transfer after march or if you willing ready to waste time then take transfer now and get register into another firm after march, Because of the time gap between termination and re-registration into another firm shall consider as Break in articleship training and it doesn't considered as articleship training period.

So if you get termination now and re-registered your articleship after March then these two months Feb and March shall consider as break in articleship period, in case if you get termination now and re-registered your articleship immediately then it will considered as articleship period for Feb and March even though you take leave for these two months but this leaves shall considered while computation of excess leaves if any at the end of the completion of articleship training period(means 3 years of articleship)

So my Suggestion is do re-registration of articleship immediately and ask for leave of next two months in the new firm, Because of computing of all leaves at the end of the articleship period if such leaves are in eligible leaves then 2 months time saves you.

If you do re-registration immediately then there is chance to save time but in case you do re-registration after March then you should be loose two months time(waste of time).

So in one word my suggestion is plan to continue your articleship period for these two months also either by way of taking termination now and getting re-registration immediately and asking leave at the new firm or taking of termination of your articleship after March,

Choose the best option what is most useful to you as your conveyance.
