If suppose my brother is working in london & tranfer Rs 1300000 lacs in my saving account
whether we have liable to pay tax or all money become income of mine??????

What is the purpose of the transfer?
Even if the amount is treated as gift, the same will be exempt in your hands as the amount has been received from a relative.
