Plz rply me fast i have no time & i have to leave bcoz i have no other option.
you need to write a letter to icai seeking permission to take transfer with recomendation of your boss..
So first you consult nearest regional branhc and take thier help on how to write letter in this regard with your reason and what type of proofs required to submit...
So that once you confirmed how to write letter to icai
and send letter to icai
once you received permission from icai you can join with other employer in your city

But You have a valid reason to take transfer..so proove icai about your reason and get aprroval for transfer and then join with other employer
If suppose you are in 1st year of articleship there is no restrictions from icai to take transfer
But as you are in second year of articles there is no other better option than this

on letter head of he doctor's certifcate ask him to mention the diseases your mom is facing and for proper medication and to get recovery as early as possible your mom needs to get shifted to hospital in mumbai.
