what is the time limit for filing C form to claim input tax credit

Form C is issued by a reg. dealer(purchaser) to seller of goods in case of CST so as to charge him sales tax at lesser rate.

sir, I am asking about time limit for submission of 'C' form before the sales tax authorities in order to be eligible for input tax credi claim
