WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR ISSUANCE OF NOTICE u/s 143(2) FOR A.Y. 2001-02 for which appeal decided by ITAT in 2007-08 directing A.O. to re-examination

the time limit for issuance of notice u/s 143(2) is 9 mths from the end of the financial year in which return was filed...
