Termination of articlship due to death of principle

Sir,I am doing articles..Recently my principel is experied...Pleas explain the procedure for termination and re joining of articls..what forms should i sent for termination,with in which time i should send termination forms...and from what date i can rejoin for articles...

Send the death certificate of the CA who passed away, to ICAI.
You can join the new principal from the succeeding date of death of earlier principal

110 for surviving legal representative

your period to be served will be (3 years - period served under the present principal till the date of death)

sir, iam doing articleship and completed one year 8 months period.Recently my principal have expired.i sent form 110 and death certificate of my principal to the icai.now i want to join for remaining articleship period under another ca.when can i join whether after obtaining permission from icai or before i getting permission.please clarify sir.this is urjent for me . thanking you sir..

You should have imediately joined. Why did you waste that much time?
