Termination of articles after one year

06 November 2013 Dear sir,
I have completed 1.3 years article-ship.Now I want to take termination and join under another principal within 15 days after 1st termination.what is the procedure.Does it makes delay in my CA final attempt. plz explain me in detail.

06 November 2013 After 1st yr of articleship you can take transfer only on the specified grounds as specified by ICAI.Your exam attempt will depend upon the time gap within which you join next firm

06 November 2013 See for appearing in CA final you need to complete atleast 2.5yrs of articleship i.e. you must be serving last 6months of your articleship.So just compute it based upon your starting date & completion date & gap between completion & exam date
