i want to get termination from my employer ,if i join in the organisation which is not far as 50 kms specofied in ca rules what can i do in that situation

If the Institute think, they can give you approval for transfer.

I will suggest you to make application for prior approval of transfer to the Institute.

After getting approval you can file Form-109 with institute signed by your principal.
