13 February 2010 Can anyone please guide me how to start with LAW( CA Final) Please i neeed to start as i have my attempt in NoV 10

13 February 2010 My view is that the best way to start the study for law is to start with Laws other than Co. law.
Make target to first complete the small laws in the syllabus.

My pref order would be >
1. Other laws.
2. Small Topics in Co. law other than Directors and winding Up.
3. Directors
4. Winding Up.

My reference book for the same was Munish Bhandari.

Rest all depends upon individual perspective.
