Hi,
In case freight is separately charged on Invoice by Vendor aprat from value of goods, Is there any TDS liablity on freight????
Will appreciate your early response..Please support your answer by any case law or something there in act if possible

Yes TDS liability will arise.......

If they charged against expenses reimbursement no TDS apply otherwise TDS need to deduct
