About me

I, Bikash Bogi,  Co-founder & partner of the CA Firm SBR & CO, Chartered Accountants, is a Fellow Member of ICAI, Law Graduate [LLB] from Mumbai University and a qualified company secretary. I am looking into the technical intricacy of Income Tax matters including international taxation, FEMA, GST matters & their litigation handling. I am having very sharp legal Neck & always find some solutions for Technical Legal & advisory matters. I am  representing clients in Income Tax Litigation matters till ITAT level all across India and also advising clients for their pending matters at Higher Courts. I am author of tax articles published in various professional magazines & Websites. I am a public speaker among various Public & Private Forums explaining various technical topics in a lucid way.
