Please give me clarification on payment of Interest of HSBC (Mauritius) in respect of availing buyers' credit facility, whether on this transaction, TDS will be applicable or not.

since sec 195 deals with any payment to non resident corporates and @ 10% refer that section.

BUT HDFC(MAURITIUS) IS THE FOREIGN COMPANY, IN 195 SEC. WRITTEN THAT NOT BEING A COMPANY, OR TO A FOREIGN COMPANY.......THEN???????
