Whether cost incurred towards winning from horse race is allowed while deducting TDS
For Example: Mr.X wins Rs.10000 from horse race(by betting on a horse). The cost incurred towards purchase of betting ticket is Rs.100. Whether TDS to be deducted on Rs.9900 or Rs.10000?
