12 October 2013 i have to file etds return for tds deducted @ 1% u/s 194-IA. My software dosn't have option . Now how to file TDS return in Form No. 26QB for TDS deducted u/s 194-IA.

12 October 2013 Then download the form from the website or u can fill up manually form 26QB and update your software by asking your software vedor to update it.

12 October 2013 No TDS return has to be filed for 194IA. Form 26QB is a challan cum statement. It has to be filed online. Then, have to register in TRACES, down load form 16B and give it to party along with copy of form 26QB.
