i have to file etds return for tds deducted @ 1% u/s 194-IA. My software dosn't have option . Now how to file TDS return in Form No. 26QB for TDS deducted u/s 194-IA.

Then download the form from the website or u can fill up manually form 26QB and update your software by asking your software vedor to update it.

No TDS return has to be filed for 194IA. Form 26QB is a challan cum statement. It has to be filed online. Then, have to register in TRACES, down load form 16B and give it to party along with copy of form 26QB.
