Tds to be deduct

23 November 2012 in a private ltd. company we are paying salary to our employee as per beark-ups given below

Basic Salary-18000
HRA- 5000
TA & DA- 5000
Others-2000

CTC-30000

Employee has anuual savings of 100000.00 and above to that he is paying interest of housing loan expox. 75000 per annuam.
do we suppose to deduct Tax from salary and if yes how much and from when. Ex- employee is drawing as above from the month of April 12

Kindly suggest.

23 November 2012 No. TDS is not required to be done subject to however getting declaration / proofs (or both) from the concerned employee about 80C 1 lac and 24... interest on housing loan 75000

23 November 2012 Total Annual Salary Income Rs. 360,000/-
Set off -Loss from House Property Rs 75,000/-
Deduction 80C - Rs. 100,000/-

Net Taxable Income = 185000/-

Exemption Limit Rs. 200,000/-

Hence No Tax required to be deduct from Salary
