04 April 2014 there is no tds rules in vat....tds comes i income tax and it is same throughout india.

04 April 2014 Praksh 1st clear what u wana ask TDS or VAT. TDS is same in pan India & VAT differs state wise. TDS is a direct tax & VAT is Indirect.
