Tds return processed with default

29 January 2015 Hi all
My TDs Return for Q3 was processed with default due to PAN Error, for which i had got an Itimation, so i filed Revised Return on 28/1/2015, Today 29/1/15 i hv got Demand Notice as short deduction.now i hv already revised the return shall just add the challan after making payment or can revise the return?????? what to do?????

You please send an official reply against Notice of demand u/s 156. Plz enclose the Acknowledgement of Revised TDS Return and Original Return alongwith reply
