15 January 2016 Dear Expert team,

We are in an attempt to download the justification report(JR) of our client ( a company) for the F.Y. 2014-15, Quarter 1, Form 26Q. But we are not able to download. The TDS page where Token No., BSR Code, Challan No. , Distinct PAN, were demanded is correctly filled by us but still we are not getting. Our case is --- the Quarter contains three Challans of maximum two deductees in a challan. And as per the provisions, i have entered the distinct PANs of the deductee in the right place and with the right amount.It is saying:
""This statement has a challan(s) with more valid PAN deductee rows than entered by you. Please enter details of such challan and corresponding deductee rows"".

Please suggest what should be done.

15 January 2016 Try all challan combinations give the amount for single entry wise not deductee wise
