I have filed tds return for my client for 3 years. now few days back i have registered its TAN through NSDL site and new address is updated at that time as the client address is changed. So this time onwards should i file client's TDS return with the new updated address or old address as per last returns?

If you have filed address changes than you should file return on new address.
