07 April 2013 If you mean you want to file tds return without paying the amount deducted and by only giving details of deductees then it is not possible to file such tds returns.

07 April 2013 Agree with Daruka Sir. You can not file TDS return until you deposit the amount of TDS deposited. Simply you will not be able to match deductee amount details with deposited amount.
