If you are asking .... how to check.. whether the quarterly return has been filed or not ... then go to the following link :

https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/TIN/JSP/tds/linktoUnAuthorizedInput.jsp

enter your TAN & provisional receipt number mentioned on the etds return receipt(given by TIN-FC)... you will have the current status.
