Hi,
TDS returns of a particular quarter was filed with tax credit to someother deductee & so the same effect to the FORM16A which is already issued.
Now the error is found.
1.Should the returns be revised & fresh Form16As be issued to both concerned parties?
2.what would be the remedy if in case the deductees(both who had excess & short tax credit) have already filed their IT returns?
Kindly reply asap!

1) Yes file revised return and issue fresh form A.
2) the deductee will get the credit on the basis of revised return,.........
