20 June 2015 I had file income tax retun for the A.Y 2013-14 And forget to claim TDS amount Rs.5450, then after i filed IT Return for the A.Y 2014-15,

NOW CAN I CLAIM TDS of rs 5450. in A.Y 2015-16????

20 June 2015 If you have file in-time return for A.Y.2013-14 i.e. upto 31st July 2013 then you can revised your return and claim TDS.

20 June 2015 you can file file return or file rectification u/s 154

You cant submit revised return unless..
1. You had filled within time u/s 139 (1).
2. You had received notice u/s 142( 2).

So in your case you are not entitled to claim refund.
