Dear Sir/Madam,
I have won Rs.10000 from Cross puzzle game held on February 2011 and I have received Rs.7000 from the moneycontrol.com after deducting 30% TDS in May 2011. So, I want to know Can I claim this Rs.3000 from Tax Department, if yes then how? and which form should I fill up and submit? I have TDS certificate.

As lottery income is taxed at flat rate, the basic exemption of income ie 180000/190000 etc is not available to assessee. hence refund cant be claimed.
