18 October 2013 we have done a contract with one of our vendor he has charged 8% VAT per and the total amount is 19000 including Vat so i just want to know whether tds will be deducted

18 October 2013 No tds to be deducted u/s 194C for works contract if the gross value doesnt exceed rs 30,000 per contract or 75,000 P.A
