We have arrange a contractor for construction. He is charging CST on Material & Service tax on Labour. so can we deducted TDS on on the bill including CST Tax.

YES IF CST & SERVICE TAX AMOUNT INCLUDED IN INVOICE THEN TDS WILL BE DEDUCTED ON INVOICE VALUE INCLUDING THE AMOUNT OF CST AS WELL AS SERVICE TAX
