pls let me know how i will get the proviosional receipt no. of 24Q 2nd Qtr f.y. 2009-10.
Receipt were lost by the employee.

Agreed with experts. You have to write a letter for request to provide Provisional receipt no against e-filed return.
Pleae mentioned all data in letter like Company TAN/ PAN/ Quarter / Type of Return 24/26/27. etc.
