Tds online correction

already paid money of 'Short payment" through one challan but still that amt is in "default" and in that challan status there is balance available of that same amount.
Now how to make online correction for this short payment.
Also there is "Short Payment on account of Late Filing Fee u/s 234E" but I don't have available balance in challan with same quarter but there is enough balance in challan with another Quarters. Can I adjust the same
