Hi experts,
PLs, Tell me if a company use a Bus or Cab from a transport company for empolyee transportation . then company will deduct TDS on tranportor bill in what section i.e. it will deduct u/s 194C or deduct u/s 194I.

If control and possession of the vehicle rests with the company, 194I attracts, otherwise 194C.
