04 September 2010 PLEASE TELL ME WHETHER THERE IS ANY PROCEDURE BY WHICH THERE CAN BE TDS ON VAT AT AN LOWER RATE THAN THE RATE AT WHICH COMMODITY IS TAXABLE? IF YES KINDLY PROVIDE ME REQUISITE FORM & DETAILED PROCEDURE. CLIENTS BUSINESS IS OF GOVERNMENT SUPPLY IN M.P.

08 September 2010 On VAT such procedure no possible, because VAT is an indirect tax which is collect from the customer also not your tax to ask reduced rate
