25 April 2012 Whether an employer can deduct TDS on salary ,Arrear of increament and P.L. which he has actually not paid before the close of financial year ended on 31st March,2012

25 April 2012 if you have booked on or before 31st March then you have to deduct as March deduction


25 April 2012 yes.tds is to be deducted due or paid (which is earlier)
