Sir,
me ya janna chahta hu ki jo is time transpoter per tds rate hai uske alawa aur bhi koi provision hai.
Agar koi supplier apne Invoice me transporation lagata hai to kya TDS katega

Haan agar aapka supplier Bill mai transport charges dikhata hai to aapko uspar TDS katna padega bhale hi wo PAN no de. Kyuki wo transporter nahi hai.
TDS tabhi kaatna padega jab threshold limit cross ho.
Threshold limit-
Single Bill Rs 30000/-
Annual Payment Rs 75000/-
Rate of TDS--
Individual/HUF 1%
Others 2%
