Budget 2015-16: TDS U/s 194C to be Deducted on Payments to Transporters Owning More than 10 Goods Carriage. Declaration Required for Non Deduction.
My Question is. If Transporter has provided Declaration with his PAN. He has not owned 10 truck in previous Year. But He has Placed more then 10 trucks. (All Truck Number are different) in that case, His TDS should be deduct or not. According to Him, He has place truck to commission to take from market.
