06 May 2008 If TDS is not to be deducted on servicetsx portion of Rent.Then whether the same rule is applicable to other services such as professional fees

06 May 2008 this is debatable point given in ca journal whether service tax is liability to pay to govt. tax & tds is not deducted on service tax liability so you will deduct tds on gross amount
