WE PURCHASED A FIREWALL APPLIANCE (HARDWARE) WITH INCLUDING 3YRS GATEWAY ANTIVIRUS SERVICE & URL FILTIRING & ANTI SPAM FILTIRING WITH EMAIL & TELEPHONIC SUPPORT.
THEY CHARGED VAT ON THE ABOVE APPLIANCE, DO WE HAVE TO DEDUCT TDS U/S 194 J ON SOFTWARE OR TREAT IT AS A HARDWARE PURCHASE
