As per my knowledge TDS is not applicable on Service tax charged in Rent bill U/S 194 I.
Please clarify whether TDS is applicable on Service tax on the income chargeble U/S 194 C.

In case of TDS on Rent u/s 194I, TDS to be deducted on amount excluding service tax.
In case of other sections TDS to be deducted on amount inclusive of service tax.
In case of other sections TDS to be deducted on amount inclusive of service tax.
