can any boby tell me that is tds applicable on service tax mentioned in the bill?? a)in case of rent bill.

In case of Rent - TDS is deductible on rent exclusive of service tax - Circular No. 4 dated 28.04.2008.
However there was no such provision in case of section 194J.
