Hello Sir,
Service invoice received from canada person.
1. Is we have to deduct TDS on payment of this invoice. (Please share section and rate of TDS)
2. If we deduct TDS, can the party take credit of TDS in his country canada.

1. TDS u/s. 195 of IT act will be applicable.
2. Yes, they can claim credits of the tax paid against the service in India.
