Dear expert
Whether the articles given free of cost on purchase of a consumer product will attact TDS. Ours is a Pvt. LTd Co. We used to announce small gifts like Hot pack for purchase of 5 surf packets to the customer through our dealars. Whether this gift scheme will attract TDS.
