Dear Sir,
I have sold an urban land worth Rs.2crores. the buyer has made the full payment and not deducted TDS. Will the AO raise any objections to the same in my assessment??

non-deduction of TDS is not of your problem...the buyer needs to worry about it...

Purchaser has to pay the TDS and interest.Pl see section 201(1) and (1A).
