How is TDS on salary deducted? For eg: if Mr. A is earning Rs. 325000 p.a, then how to calculate TDS on the salary?

You have to calculate the tax based on his annual estimated income, after considering his investments for tax benefit.

He can also submit details of Loss from self occupied house property and also of other income(if any).But for Deductions under chapter VIA only Sec 80C will be considered and no other deduction.
