Tds on salary

05 May 2017 Hi Experts,

Employee join a company on 01/04/2017 his salary is 32000/- and getting incentive 30000/- approx (Fluctuating monthly). Please tell me the method to deduct TDS on salary and incentive and in which percentage.

05 May 2017 TDS is deducted as per slab rate on salary. U need to ask the employee to provide details of investments (if any) and then deduct TDS accordingly. U may visit the following link to see the computation in detail.
