Hi Experts,
Employee join a company on 01/04/2017 his salary is 32000/- and getting incentive 30000/- approx (Fluctuating monthly). Please tell me the method to deduct TDS on salary and incentive and in which percentage.

TDS is deducted as per slab rate on salary. U need to ask the employee to provide details of investments (if any) and then deduct TDS accordingly. U may visit the following link to see the computation in detail.
