11 December 2014 Dear ser's i am accountant a private firm and we paid salary to sales marketing employee rs. 23500/ month. so how much tds deduct on salary.

12 December 2014 100% agreed with Mr. Ganeshbabu k, unless salary structure is known like basic salary, allowances, perqs etc, I doubt any body can help you.

12 December 2014 do proper calculation of salary he getting after all applicable rebate and deductions and then apply tax as per slab.

15 December 2014 YOU HAVE TO COLLEC DATA OF INVESTMENR FROM THE EMPLOYEES LIKE PAN NAME AND HRA, U/S 80C, 80D AND THEN DEDUCTED THE SALARY ON THE BAL MONTH AVERAGE TAX.
