Dear Friends,
Is Uniform allowance paid monthly is taxable as part of salary even though employees submit bills for the same. We pay Uniform allowance every month with salary and collect bills for exemption, is this still continues. Please tell me the relevant provisions of the IT ACT.

Uniform allowance is offical usage exempted.but maintain uniform for the respective staffs
