Tds on remuneration to directors

08 May 2013 The director of a company is getting remuneration
but does not want to draw the same every month. Instead he wants
to draw the salary in March & pay the TDS in that month. Will
the Interest on TDS be calculated from April to March or can he
avoid this interest by showing that throughout the year he is not
withdrawing his remuneration.
The remuneration is withdrawn on 15th march
