01 June 2019 Dear Experts,
We have to make payment to Linkedin, based in Singapore for job posting. They have no PE in india and have provided Form 10F, TRC and Pan No. What rate of TDS should be deducted.

01 June 2019 Is it for online advertisement.

02 June 2019 Yes, online job posting.




02 June 2019 TDS not applicable but 6% equalisation levy deductible from remittance and paid to govt subject to the below mentioned conditions.
Equalisation Levy is a direct tax, which is withheld at the time of payment by the service recipient. The two conditions to be met to be liable to equalisation levy:

The payment should be made to a non-resident service provider;
The annual payment made to one service provider exceeds Rs. 1,00,000 in one financial year.
