Sir,
Pl advice that tds deduction is applicable on PAYMENT RS.30000 to DATTOPANT THENGADI NATIONAL BOARD FOR WORKERS EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT, MINISTRY OF LABOUR & EMPLOYMENT GOVT of India for training program.
19 March 2017
No TDS applicable on payment to Govt. Refer section 196.
